1.1. The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund upon trust to pay or apply in New Zealand the income and capital of the Trust Fund in such amounts, at such times, and subject to such terms and conditions, as the Trustees, in accordance with the terms of this deed, shall decide exclusively for all or any of the following purposes: (a) the advancement, promotion, development and resourcing of education among young people, aged 15 to 30 years on issues relating to poverty and to develop the skills of young people to find solutions to relieve poverty; (b) the empowerment of young New Zealanders to contribute to the eradication of poverty in the Asia-Pacific region; (c) all things incidental or conducive to the attainment of the purposes described in clause 4.1(a).
