The Trust is established to carry out within New Zealand the following charitable objectives:

(a) To wherever practicable, perform projects and activities, both physical and online, which have a focus on improving participation in and an audience for yoga with human and dog participation.

(b) To promote and nurture mental and physical wellbeing of both dogs and their human owner community.

(c) To benefit the community by educating New Zealanders about animal welfare responsibilities.
