Offload

Offload is about changing the conversation and bringing mental health to the forefront and developing this culture within the club. The Offload programme takes coaches, managers and senior players through 4 leadership topics (personal philosophy, effective communication, building team culture and coach capability) where they establish a strong understanding of themselves and their leadership style.
