To provide grants for the education of those involved in renal disease care and treatment including staff at Northland district Health Board Renal Units; and to provide support & grants for initiatives and equipment for renal disease care & treatment which may include the needs & requirements of Northland District Health Board Renal Units when such needs fall outside the funding function of the Northland District Health Board; and to do all such other acts & things that are incidental to & will further promote the attainment of the charitable purpose of the Trust provided that nothing in the deed or Trust will Authorise any purpose that is not Charitable at Law.
