To provide direction and resources which will enable the Delta Community Support Trust to minister to the people of its local community in social, emotional, physical and spiritual matters.

To make the premises owned by the Trust available for community needs consistent with the standards of the Delta Community Support Trust and the North Avon Baptist Church.

To make space and/or facilities in the Trust's premises available to approved community organisations, with rental charged or not at the discretion of the Trustees.

To enable the Delta Community Support Trust to initiate, establish, and administer community and social services for people of all ages who for any reason are in need of care, counselling or assistance.

To carry out such other charitable purposes within New Zealand as the Trustees shall determine.
