The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely:

To promote and encourage education and use of the Niuean language and culture.

To enhance the social, physical, spiritual, and mental wellbeing of Niuean people.

To provide opportunities for Niuean people to participate in society, create social bonds, and grow connection within Aotearoa which includes young people and the future.
