The Company is a charitable company for exclusively charitable purposes within New Zealand (the "Purposes") below: - (a) the promotion of the spiritual, educational, physical and cultural advancement of members of Ngati Pukenga and is Whanau; (b) the promotion of health and wellbeing of members of Ngati Pukenga including the aged members of Ngati Pukenga and members of Ngati Pukenga who are suffering from mental or physical sickness or disability; (c) the relief of the social and economic needs of the community of Ngati Pukenga (d) the maintenance, upkeep and improvement of placed of cultural or spiritual significance and marae of Ngati Pukenga; and (e) any other charitable purpose to the benefit of the community of Ngati Pukenga
