To develop and maintain a focus that facilitates and administers community social services for all people who for any reason are disadvantaged and are in need of any services or assistance provided by the Trust, including educational, healthcare, housing, counseling, referral or environmental services with a particular emphasis on young people, through recognition of partnership with the Treaty of Waitangi. To provide leadership, direction and resource to develop the creative arts potential in people. To promote the spiritual potential of people through gospel and secular music.
