benefit the community by providing: - Exhibitions or displays of art and/or artists in the process of producing art places accessible to the general public and/or in primary schools, secondary schools, universities, community centres and in other places of learning or in conjunction with programs of learning. - Presentations, seminars, workshops and lectures by artists, experts, teachers or students of art or by others involved in aspects of the art sector. - Opportunities for members to engage in Visual Arts through instruction, training and mentoring. - Scholarships, grants, or awards to members of or groups of the public such as artists, students, community groups, schools, universities or other groups. - Resources such as art supplies, books, paper, paint, or other materials, implements and tools of any description which may be used in educating people in the production of art.
