About New Zealand Spinal Trust
Our Mission Statement: Is to empower people with spinal cord impairments and their whanau to embrace positive futures. We provide support and information services across New Zealand to help people with spinal cord impairment overcome challenges, create strong networks, and pursue opportunities following their spinal cord impairment. The New Zealand Spinal Trust was established by the late Professor Alan Clarke in 1994 to address the unmet need of rehabilitation, information, research, advocacy and support for people with spinal cord impairments throughout New Zealand.
