New Zealand Law Foundation

The New Zealand Law Foundation – Te Manatū a Ture o Aotearoa – works to improve understanding of the law, build capability, strengthen legal professional practice, and assist development of better policy through its grants and scholarships programmes. Until mid-2020 we provided opportunities for grants for legal research, public education on legal matters and legal training. The Foundation is now in recess for a number of years to build up its capital fund. Some small grants and scholarships will be continued throughout the recess period.
