1. To engage in and enable the provision of mentoring through practical, skill-based programmes to rangatahi (young people) from impoverished backgrounds; 2. To provide rangatahi with programmes that enhance self-esteem whilst providing insights towards possible future career options. In so doing, increase the social and charitable outcomes for rangatahi, whānau and communities; 3. To enhance the ability of the community sector to support impoverished communities.
