To provide support to New Zealand communities and persons who have been affected by: a. Being in contact with criminal offenders; b. Drug and alcohol abuse or contact with persons affected by drug and alcohol abuse; c. Criminal and other anti-social behaviour; d. Poverty; e. Sickness, depression, addictions, mental disorders or other ailments or contact with persons affected by the same; to live healthy and fulfilling lifestyles through targeted counselling and education.
