Nautilus Creative Trust

Charitable Purpose: • Nautilus Creative Trust is run as a non-profit charitable trust. • There are at least 3 board members; 2/3 of which must currently have studios at Nautilus Creative Space. • Board members are involved on a voluntary basis. • Nautilus provides inexpensive art studios for artists of all media and levels of expertise. • Studios are rented out on a first come first served basis after screening by the board. • Screening is not based on quality of artwork, but rather by reliability of artist and ability to contribute positively to Nautilus community. • Nautilus provides artists with a safe and supportive community. • Nautilus will strive to use excess funds to improve the facilities and evolve the Trust and community. • Community events will be held every year (i.e. working bees, open studios, parties, etc). • All resident artists will be invited to community events. • The Nautilus Board will communicate regularly with the residents and be available to them for feedback
