Our mission is to empower people, in particular our children, with the knowledge of how different foods, activities and behaviours can change their health. Purposes: a.To advance health education by developing an educational tool(s) that will contribute to the reduction in obesity in particular childhood obesity and; b.To facilitate collaboration and communication amongst individuals and organisations who share a concern about the increasing prevalence of obesity especially amongst children;
