To undertake the necessary and appropriate steps to cause the creation of a sealed cycle track (pump track) within Arataki Park, Mount Maunganui including, but not limited to fund raising, obtaining Council support and funding, seeking sponsorship and entering into sponsorship contracts, merchandising, applying for funding and or grants from other organisations, people, etc, applying for consents required from Tauranga Council, entering into contracts with building professionals, the Council and other persons and organisations.
