Motueka Short-Term Accommodation Charitable Trust

To provide 2 Healthy Homes certified homes for family accommodation in association with the Salvation Army and a 3rd house administered by the Trust all for families having difficulty finding rental accommodation in Motueka. The two administered by Salvation Army are under the Government’s Transition Housing Accord. However, there are no reasonably priced homes for lease in this area to move on from the transition houses. House three has been leased by the Trust since purchase to Grandmothers Raising Grandchildren.
