a) To provide support, education & care to parents/mātua & their babies/pēpi with a focus on those experiencing challenges in the first year of pēpi/baby’s life; b) To develop & maintain a care facility that provides short-term residential opportunity for parents/mātua & their babies/pēpi to receive guiding & nurturing support enabling families/whānau & babies/pēpi to thrive; c) To benefit the community by providing essential support services locally for whānau with young babies/pēpi.
