Our Mission: To provide leadership in refuge support by offering an holistic, culturally appropriate, social support Service to Pacific peoples and the wider community.

Our Values: Our service provision is based on mutual respect for others, including different cultures; creeds and other human perspectives. Ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients and their families in residence at our Refuge homes. The foundation of our service is built on Christian values.

Our Key Objectives: To ensure our organisational culture, environment, internal systems, policies and procedures are both responsive and relevant to the needs of our client group. To develop and implement appropriate management and financial systems that ensure the long term sustainability of the Refuge service to the community.
