To organize, promote and engage in, and to assist and encourage others to engage in, the catching and desexing of stray cats and kittens and the socializing and re-homing the cats and kittens where this is possible having regard to the welfare of the cats and kittens in question, so as to reduce the incidence of stray cats in Morrinsville. To educate the public of the importance of desexing cats and to encourage and educate people of the need to have their companion cats and kittens desexed.
