1. To provide support and social integration initiatives to prisoners and community based offenders 2. To educate prisoners and community based offenders on the successful reintegration into society, including offering positive alternatives to reoffending 3. To provide guidance and life skills for youth, and at risk youth 4. To assist movement groups and organisations which are endeavouring to promote activities designed to assist individuals in their personal advancement.
