"The Trust has been declared to further the charitable purpose of improving the health and well-being of people in the Franklin community of Auckland. To be beneficial to the community by: • Supporting and uplifting individuals (particularly men’s health) in the community who are impacted by obesity, anxiety, depression, and other barriers to good health. • by offering a safe place to train that connects people with other people, • where they are supported to stay active through consistent exercise (Taha tinana, Hinengaro), • where we can improve their confidence through opening lines of communication through boxing (Taha whanau), teach them to nourish their bodies with healthy nutrition, • and foster a spiritual connection with the environment through waka ama (Taha Wairua).
