Moana Pasifika Limited

Moana Pasifika Limited (MPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Moana Pasifika Charitable Trust (Trust) and after making provision for its debts, appropriate depreciation and reserves, all surplus arising from the activity of MPL will be paid to the Trust or distributed for any other purpose which is charitable in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. The objects of the Trust are to support Pasifika people and foster and encourage participation of Pasifika communities in sport.
