Mini Muscles is an interactive, fun, children's movement session where parents and caregivers can play with their infant, toddler or preschooler using our indoor, play equipment. Sessions are based on free choice for children and we support parents to understand their childs physical development. We offer music and movement as part of the class and children are welcome to join in if they wish. Physical movement plays an important role in early childhood education and is necessary for your infant's brain development. You will learn how your new baby's movement, supports this growth. We introduce you to ideas from specialists and theorists and help you to answer all those questions that you have, about your childs physical development as they grow. We have mums, dads, nannies and grandparents who come and enjoy our sessions, everyone is welcome. Ages are from newborn up to 5 years. Group visits by arrangement.
