The Migrant Neuro-Inclusion Network (MINN) is a Tangata Tiriti-led charitable trust working to improve inclusion, understanding and support for neurodivergent migrants and their families in Aotearoa. We respond to the intersection of neurodiversity, culture and migration, recognising that migrant communities can face additional barriers to understanding neurodivergence, accessing appropriate support and navigating health, education, disability and social services.

MINN works alongside migrant communities, families, practitioners and partner organisations to increase neurodiversity awareness, provide culturally responsive information and community-based support, strengthen connections and referral pathways, and build the capability of communities and services to better understand and respond to neurodivergent migrants.

Our long-term vision is an Aotearoa where neurodivergent migrants and their families are understood, included, supported and empowered to thrive.
