The company is constituted for and should only carry out objectives for charitable purposes as provided for in the Trust Rules and for any other charitable purpose which might seem to the Directors capable of being conveniently carried on in connection with the above or which shall directly or indirectly advance the above charitable purposes, including the distribution of surplus funds to another body which is itself a charity.
