Mid City Church

(a) to further the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the advancement of the Christian faith consistent with the Tenets of Faith hereinafter contained within New Zealand and overseas and to work for the building up and renewal of the Christian Church. (b) To meet for the worship of God, the preaching and teaching of the Word of God, and to administer the Sacraments of Baptism and the Lord's Supper according to the commandment of the Lord. To establish Marriage Celebrants to officiate the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony. (c) To engage in the propagation of the Christian faith by the establishing of missionary work or assisting existing missionary work in New Zealand and overseas. (d) To render spiritual oversight, care and assistance, and such other help as may be deemed practicable and advisable, to people in need, especially those in membership or close association with the church.
