Mia's Greenlight Foundation Trust

The trust exists to promote equity through strengthening wellbeing and resilience in marginalised communities; particularly amongst rangatahi and the essential workers that support and care for them (social workers, counsellors, educators, health professionals).

We do this by empowering them with transformative life skills and sharing evidence-based practices including trauma-informed mindful movement, mindfulness, meditation, self care strategies, stress resilience practices, purposeful living, conflict resolution, and social and emotional competence.

Our mission is to empower people, whatever the circumstances they face, with the inner resources to expand their vision of their future and navigate happier, more compassionate and purposeful lives that positively contribute to the world.
