The MG Martin Charitable Trust was established to manage a bequeath from Myrtle G Martin which under the terms of her will, required that the funds be used for the following purposes: 1) financial assistance for the training of teachers of deaf children 2) financial aid to any teacher training to teach deaf children 3) the continuing education of teachers of the deaf 4) to promote the teaching of deaf children
