Memories 4 Kids Charitable Trust

(a) to provide educative and social facilities and experiences to disadvantaged children with an emphasis on social, academic and physical development within the wider community;

(b) generally to produce and apply programmes to encourage and develop:

(i) communication and personal skills;

(ii) recreational opportunities;

(iii) community integration; and

(iv) education;

(c) other charitable purposes recognised by the Courts of New Zealand.
