To incentivise publication of clinical trials for unprofitable therapies which lack private incentives for development under the current patent system, including, but not limited to therapies relating to diets, dietary supplements, second uses for generic drugs, cost-effective therapies, dose de-escalations, natural therapies, surgical interventions, lifestyle interventions, complementary and alternative medicines, lifestyle choices, antibiotics, and therapies for neglected diseases.
