The Trust has been established to further the activities of the University to the extent that this is a charitable purpose under the laws from time to time applying in New Zealand. 5.2 Without limiting clause 5.1, the primary objectives of this Trust are: (a) to assist the University generally and in its educational and research objectives; (b) to provide assistance to students and staff of Massey University for their educational advancement; and (c) to achieve the objectives of any Designated Gift to the Trust.
