(a) To assist and support the social, cultural, and economic development of the Members of the Society and descendants of Masilamea in New Zealand and globally; (b) To maintain a register of the descendants of Masilamea in New Zealand and globally; (c) To promote and enhance the linkage and exchange of the descents of Masilamea in New Zealand and globally; (d) To maintain and pass on the Tongan language, culture, and traditions specific to the village of Masilamea to its descendants; (e) To assist and support the development of Masilamea youth in New Zealand and globally towards an appropriate economic transformation; (f) To transform Masilamea into a global village; (g) To collect, store, and retain information on the Genealogies and History of Masilamea; (h) To honour the descendants of Masilamea who have contributed significantly to Masilamea, New Zealand and globally; (i) To do anything necessary or helpful to the above purposes.
