Maori Education Trust

The primary purpose of the Trust is to provide financial assistance to Māori undertaking secondary or tertiary study.

The secondary purposes of the Trust are to: • promote and advocate for quality education of Māori; • establish and maintain quality strategic relationships with individuals, iwi, key organisations and Government agencies in pursuit of promoting opportunities to provide better education to Māori; • undertake other activities directly associated with the encouragement and better education of Māori; • provide other support and assistance consistent with this charitable purpose.
