To benefit Nga Uri o Ngati Manuhiakai Hapū by promoting the educational, spiritual, social and cultural advancement of the Hapū, protecting the natural environment within the takiwā of the Hapū, promoting the health and well-being amongst Uri o Ngati Manuhiakai Hapū, relieving poverty amongst Te Uri o Ngati Manuhiakai Hapū, providing training, skills, education opportunities and teaching programmes for Uri o Ngati Manuhiakai Hapū, by protecting cultural traditions, language, tikanga
