The Trust is established exclusively for charitable purposes within New Zealand. The Charitable Purposes of the Trust are: (a) to advance education by educating, inspiring and creating awareness of aviation and of the wider trades and industries connected to aviation; (b) to uplift and support rangatahi to understand the different job roles available in aviation, to build strong work ethics, and to develop skills and pathways that can lead to future training and employment opportunities;
