To provide funds/donations/loans/support/assistance to, lower income New Zealand families to help them access affordable housing, religious groups, organisations connected to finding serious disease cures or community organisations. To facilitate research on designing/creating/implementing housing communities. To fundraise/generate finance, establish initiatives, establish/acquire/manage any enterprise, to further aforementioned purposes. To pursue other objects agreed unanimously by Trustees.
