The purpose of Liminal Rhythm is to uplift the mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of women who have experienced sexual harm. Our mahi is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally safe, and relational care that honours each person’s sovereignty, story, and strength. We believe healing is not linear. It unfolds in community, through connection, and with the right support.
