(a) To establish a counselling centre by providing:- i Counselling based on Christian values. ii Therapeutic seminars addressing life issues. iii Subsidised counselling services for people on low income. iv Support and therapy groups for specific needs.

(b) To provide training and counselling through teaching and practical workshops to:- ii Serve and network with other helping agencies. iii Equip helping professionals such as volunteer groups, health agencies and medical centres.

(c) To promote the development of facilities in the community to meet the needs of specific groups e.g. unemployed, and chronically ill persons.

(d) To assess the needs of youth and provide relevant programmes amongst youth groups and schools.
