To apply the capital and income of the trust to charitable purposes beneficial to the community by assisting persons with a disability, with particular emphasis on supporting Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust in the following order of priority: - to support the building, rebuilding, relocation, refurbishment, fit out and maintenance of any property occupied by Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust; - to support, encourage and promote the aims, objectives and any activities of the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust; and - to provide funding for the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust in such matter as the board determines appropriate.
