Lake Taupo Hospice Development Trust Board

The Trust is for the advancement of health and the Trust Fund must be applied and used exclusively by the Trustees for such of the following objects within New Zealand as the Trustees from time to time decide upon in their absolute discretion, namely: a) to assist Lake Taupo Hospice Trust Inc to maintain and operate palliative care services in the Taupo/Turangi area for the care and treatment of the terminally ill and all home care services associated with such care and treatment; b) to invest funds which the Trustees may hold from time to time for the benefit of such hospice and associated services; and c) to hold land and buildings and other assets for the purpose of the Objects.
