1) To contribute to the survival of the Maori nation by promoting Maori values as a role model to the successful management of both human and physical resources, 2)Develop economic, cultural, educational and employment opportunities that contribute to Iwi, Hapu and whanau ability to be generous, 3) Encourage, foster and develop the health and wellbeing of Maori through the delivery of health, social and other services at Matau Marae, 4) Provision of services that contribute to the relief of poverty and foster a culture of learning through the promotion and development of the aforementioned objectives.
