Koha & Kaha enables and supports excellence for community services & communities, enabling rangatahi (youth) and communities to deliver kaupapa (initiatives) and projects that bring their aspirations to life. We ensure our young people remember their potential, step into their rangatiratanga (self-determination), and understand how they can help others step into theirs. We deliver a rangatahi-focused leadership development programme. We also manage and support the platform Koha Tree, enabling community groups to create, lead, and share community-focused kaupapa and projects on the platform. We also carry out develop community leadership and rangatahi leadership, including coaching, training, education &other services which align with the charitable purpose of community capability, leadership, and poverty reduction. We also support non-profits and kaupapa organisations using the learning platform Kaha Create through direct coaching, training & product design collaboration & co-design.
