The Objects of the Trust shall be as follows: Establish a Te Ao Maori business model that focuses on a number of educational (mātauranga) and career (umanga) pathway frameworks (collectively referred to as "Nga Poutama"). The business model and activities established by the Trust shall advance education through providing leadership training programmes and fostering career and business aspirations in the communities served by the Trust.
