Our purpose is to administer, maintain and operate an effective Marae Facility in the district of TaiTokerau for the use of whanau and the wider community for hui and cultural purposes. -To provide a venue for wananga particularly in te reo me nga tikanga and the arts. -To uphold the mana of the whanau hapu Matarahurahu and assosiated hapu. -To encourage learnin, to assist in bridging the gap between culture, and to encourage information sharing!
