Kāpiti Community Connect works with the Kāpiti community to build social interaction, strong relationship and resilience by providing: * Spaces, activities and events that build connection, participation and belonging within community; * Support to groups who provide services for those who are vulnerable, disadvantaged and marginalised. * Services/initiatives that meet identified gaps and reduce isolation and lonliness *Leadership to facilitate and build healthy collaboration & partnership with other organisations to implement projects and initiatives that improve the social wellbeing within Kāpiti;
