Kaikoura Ocean Research Institute Incorporated

- Conduct meaningful scientific research that focuses on (but is not limited to) the Kaikoura marine environment and the marine residents that live within it.  - Facilitate the transfer of this information into the community through public education programs, to create a greater understanding and appreciation of the marine environment and the marine residents that live within it.   - Develop education materials and programs for school groups that foster a greater understanding and respect of the marine environment and the marine residents that live within it.  - Do anything necessary or helpful to the above purposes.
