(a) To develop and deliver programs and services that encourage and enhance participation in sport and recreation in lower socio-economic areas where such programs may not otherwise be available and affordable to a proportion of the community: (b) To organise, provide and run sports and cultural activities which enhance the health and wellbeing of the people of Auckland and its communities; (c) To provide programs to local Auckland primary and secondary schools and community groups.
