To provide resources which will enable the Church through the Trust to minister to its local community by seeking to meet the spiritual, social, emotional, physical, spiritual, settlement and educational needs of new immigrants and the people of its local community. To establish such service centres, programmes, and facilities which will enable the Trustees to provide appropriate community social services.
