To facilitate and serve the medical, educational, economic, spiritual and social needs of peoples of Asia and the Arab world regardless of ethnic community, gender or religious beliefs. Secondly, to assist in the process of development with concern not only for the dignity of individuals, but also for the needs of communities, and to assist New Zealanders of all ages in participating in cross-cultural Christian service.
